Could you please indicate which telephone number you found and where you found it?
We always recommend contacting us only through our official communication channels.
If you found a number that does not correspond to our official channels and you were asked to make a bank transfer, we strongly recommend that you contact your bank immediately to report what happened and check what options may be available to recover the funds.
If you believe you may have been the victim of a scam, we also recommend that you report the matter to the police and provide them with all relevant documentation and proof of the transfer.
