I duly contacted MARC JACOBS main seat by chat and their sale staff informed me that your website www.marc-jacobsitalia.it does NOT belong to the company
that is ordered (and shipped) tote bag is a f a k e .
I turned all my order details to my lawyer, Avv. Fabio Gagliaro employed at Altroconsumo.it - this company provides to protect legal e-commerce and to stop fakes on distribution.
I have never bought a fake bag, this is out of my will.
Kindly return me settled amount by credit card for € 134,79 to UNIVA CAVICLOTHING C on dec 4 to close this issue and stop any possible legal action.

questo vuol dire che e' stata ordinata (e spedita) una co p i a della tote bag .
Ho girato il mio ordine e tutti i dettagli al mio Avv. Fabio Gagliaro che collabora anche con Altroconsumo.it - questa azienda si occupa di proteggere l'e-commerce da copie e falsi sul mercato Italiano nella tutela dei consumatori come la scrivente.
Chiedo di RESTITUIRMI L'IMPORTO DI EURO 134,79 VERSATO CON CARTA DI CREDITO A UNIVA CAVICLOTING C il 4 dicembre per chiudere questa faccenda e non proseguire con una azione legale.
