Dear Sir,On 30 August 2023, I order a pair of shoes on www.identitashoes.com for a purchase price of EUR 212,50 + Giftbox EUR 5,00 + delivery costs EUR 14,00 = Total EUR 231,50. On 1 September 2023, I received notification from the seller that the delivery was delayed and I immediately requested clarification on the expected delivery date. In the absence of a timely response from the seller, the order was timely and duly cancelled on 5 September (far ahead of any shipping date). The seller has subsequently ignored my request to cancel the order and shipped the shoes to Germany. I have now requested a pre-paid return label because the order was timely and duly cancelled, but the seller ignores this request and want the return shipping costs to be incurred by me.I have already contacted the German consumer protection agency, Paypal, Trustpilot etc. about the business behaviour of this Italian company as public available consumer reviews (e.g. on TrustPilot) indicate that the company acts fraudulent.Correspondence with the company is available upon request.Kindly advise on your action points.Thank you
