I am writing to formally complain that, after rent a car with Felirent, the credit card movement was 386.97 euros, and it should have been 145.96 euros. When we reported this fact to Felirent, they sent me a new invoice with a penalty for damages. Damages that were never reported and that have never been accepted by me (unsigned document). When we returned the vehicle, we requested a receipt from the reception to avoid issues like this, but we were not provided with any document. Furthermore, we were never informed that the vehicle was scratched, nor did we acknowledge or approve of that condition. We did not have any incidents that could have caused this damage, and we thoroughly inspected the vehicle before and after the rental period, finding no damage beyond. I sent to Felirent a photo taken at the time of the vehicle's return, which shows the parking place number where the vehicle was parked. This photo indicates that there were no damages. We have complained about these facts to Felirent, and we have not received a response
