Formal Complaint and Refund Request - Unauthorized Subscription

Dear Altroconsumo, I would like to state that my daughter has been using the "Slice" platform to create videos for years, and has always done so free of charge. Today, I noticed that my American Express credit card has been charged €9.99 weekly since July 5th, 2025, for a total of €299.70 (covering a period of 30 weeks). My daughter informed me that she did use the platform on July 5th, 2025, but she is certain she never signed up for any subscription. Therefore, I am contesting this procedure due to a lack of adequate information and transparency. I hereby request an immediate refund of the total amount unduly charged to the same credit card or via an alternative method. Sincerely, Antonio Pulvirenti P.S.
