Dear SBPM Partners LLC, On May 1, 2026, I paid €349 for the Starlink professional installation service. The installation service was ultimately not carried out and no technical intervention ever took place at my property. Since May 13, 2026, I have repeatedly requested information and a refund through emails and support tickets, without receiving any concrete response or timeline. I also remind you that your Terms and Conditions provide for a refund in cases where the installation has not been carried out. I therefore formally request the refund of the €349 paid for the service within 15 days of receipt of this communication. Failing a response, I will be forced to continue through the appropriate consumer protection channels to safeguard my rights. Kind regards, Andrea Pirrò
