Good morning, in the month of september I requested assistance for my skullcandy Hesh 2 headset which felt great and I was satisfied I requested assistance for the peeled ear pads,I send € 15.00 with tracked courier at my expense and they tell me that there are no spare parts for my cap, they give me a voucher to let me buy another cap, I spent a difference of another € 10.00, I get a model cap Crusher Wirless Immersive Bass but the sound full of bass and vibrate is not as I wanted, I also go back this one, I spend another € 15 for the tracked return, and they give me the voucher again, I wait more than a month because the headphones were not available, finally I get the Hesh ANC Noise Canceling Wireless headphones, I thought it was the right one recommended by Mr. Arra of customer service, I try it the volume is very low nothing to do with my Hesh 2 in terms of sound quality, it looks like a toy headset with earcups headphones that move and turn (not specified on the site) built with poor materials.I ask for the immediate return at Skullcandy's expense, and as an apology the sending of the Crusher Evo sensory bass Headphones model, alternatively the refund of my Hesh 2 including the refund of the two shipments total € 30.00Failing that, I will turn to legal assistance for the protection of my rights.Sincerely
