I would like to dispute this transaction because I was forced to pay for a product that was damaged due to circumstances beyond my control. While I was in a pharmacy, I picked up a sunscreen bottle to check the price. When I tried to place it back on the shelf, the product fell and the cap broke. I noticed that the shelf was unstable and not properly secured, which contributed to the accident.I immediately explained to the store employee that the incident was not my fault. However, I was told that I had to pay for the product. Another employee came and insisted that I was responsible and had to pay, despite my explanation. I felt pressured, shocked, and nervous, and I was effectively compelled to make the payment.I do not believe I was responsible for the damage, as it resulted from the unsafe condition of the shelf rather than any negligent action on my part. Therefore, I respectfully request a review of this transaction and a refund of the amount charged. I am willing to provide any supporting information available regarding the incident.

I was required to pay for a sunscreen product after it fell from an unstable shelf and the cap broke. The accident was caused by the unsafe condition of the display, not by negligence on my part. Despite explaining this to the staff, I was pressured into paying for the item. I request a review of the incident, including any CCTV footage, and a refund of the amount charged.
