Immediate refund request and account deactivation

Hello, On April 1, 2026, I received a $488 charge on my Revolut account without any prior notice and in a way that I consider highly unfair and misleading. I was entitled to one year of Perplexity Enterprise for free due to my participation in the Perplexity Fellowship program. After that one-year period, I had no intention of continuing with Perplexity Enterprise and believed that my subscription had been deactivated. Instead, I discovered a $488 charge resulting from an automatic renewal of the subscription that I did not knowingly authorize or intend to continue. I therefore request that you process an immediate full refund of the $488 to my Revolut account and the deactivation of my Enterprise Perplexity account.
