Buonasera, Vorrei sottoporre alla vostra attenzione una particolare politica commerciale di Nike. Il noto brand di abbigliamento e calzature sportive dedica una sezione del suo sito ( https://www.nike.com/it/launch/upcoming ) al lancio di modelli a tiratura limitata. Alla data e ora del lancio, viene aperta la possibilità di acquisto di un numero limitato di pezzi. Nike sostiene di garantire a tutti le stesse possibilità di riuscire ad acquistare l'articolo. https://www.nike.com/it/help/a/snkrs-accesso In realtà, per un normale cliente è altamente improbabile riuscire ad acquistare l'articolo limitato, viceversa pochi individui riescono ad accapparrarsi tutti le taglie dell'articolo, per poi rivenderle su altri canali al doppio del prezzo ufficiale. C'è qualche possibilità di inoltrare un reclamo ufficiale a Nike per politica commerciale scorretta? Grazie. Cordiali saluti.

Hello, I've already tried chatting, but I haven't gotten a definitive answer. You write that all customers have an equal chance of purchasing items at launch. But that's not true! There are people who are capable of ordering all sizes of an item and then reselling it for double the price on other channels. I know this for sure, because I've had to buy from them on occasion. I and many others, who try to access without scams, can never even buy a pair of sneakers. Regards, Marco.
