Acquisto fatto online su sito carjet con aggiunta polizza assicurativa completa. Non hanno consegnato ai miei colleghi perche non gli andava bene la carta di debito (avevano 4 carte 2 personale e 2 aziendali. Dopo diversi tentativi per contattarli mi hanno detto che non verrà rimborsato nulla. Assurdo, datemi una mano. GRAZIE Alberto Ciamei 3357551822

The hire company usually takes a deposit when you collect the car to protect themselves against losing money. If something happens while you have the car, they will keep some or all of the deposit to pay for it. For example, if you get a speeding fine or if you return the car with damage, late or especially dirty. The type of card accepted depends on each individual hire company. You can find all the information about which cards are accepted in the conditions of each offer before booking and again on your rental voucher. I’m afraid the hire company aren’t able to give you the car if you don’t have a credit card. For future reference, if you’re unsure about the cards that are accepted with a particular company, you can always check this with us beforehand. For us to refund the money from a prepaid booking, you’re always required to cancel it before the time stated on your rental voucher. You can see the cancellation policy in the conditions before booking and again on your rental voucher.
