HO EFFETTUATO UNA PRENOTAZIONE IN DATA 26/12 PER UN AUTO CON CONSEGNA PRESSO L'AEREOPORTO TIMISOARA ROMANIA. AVENDO L'ATTERRAGGIO ALLE ORE DUE HO PAGATO ANCHE L'EXTRA FUORI ORARIO. UNA VOLTA ATTERRATI NESSUNO SI è PRESENTATO. ABBIAMO CHIAMATO CENTINAIA DI VOLTE AL NUMERO INDICATO PER ASSISTENZA SENZA RICEVERE NESSUNA RISPOSTA.. ABBIAMO DOVUTO CHIAMARE UN TAXI, DORMIRE IN UN HOTEL VICINO ALL'AEREOPORTO E TORNARE LA MATTINA DOPO E NOLEGGIARE U ALTRA AUTO DA UN ALTRO AUTONOLEGGIO.. NON C'E MDO DI CONTATTARE QUESTA COMPAGNIA. L'ADDEBITO E' ARRIVATO OVVIAMENTE SULLA CARTA. COME POSSO FARE.
