We are sorry to hear that you were unable to collect the vehicle.
In this case, the booking was confirmed for 09:30, and the rental company had the vehicle available at the agreed time. As stated in the conditions of your reservation and in the information included in your voucher, when no flight number is provided (as in your case), the vehicle is held for a courtesy period of one hour from the scheduled pick-up time.
Unfortunately, once the collection time and the courtesy period have passed, the rental company can no longer guarantee the availability of the vehicle.
To be eligible for a refund, the booking needed to be canceled at least 48 hours before the start of the rental using the link provided in the voucher. After this period, if the vehicle is not collected due to a no-show, a refund is not possible, as clearly stated on our website and accepted at the time of booking.
In light of this situation, we recommend contacting the airline to seek a possible resolution.
