In accordance with the supplier’s policy, the vehicle was prepared and made available at the scheduled time. As per the rental company's terms and conditions, a grace period of 59 minutes is granted for collection. Unfortunately, once this period elapses without collection, the vehicle can no longer be guaranteed, and the booking is automatically cancelled. Other: Special cleaning (if vehicle is very dirty on return): 100 €. Grace Period of 29 minutes. (If the vehicle is returned later, then an extra day will be charged). Please note that there is a 59 minute grace period after the collection time. This grace period and the associated conditions were explicitly stated during the booking process and form part of the terms and conditions that were accepted prior to payment. Completion of the booking and payment was contingent upon agreement to these terms. These same conditions are also included in the confirmation voucher issued to you at the time of booking. It is important to highlight that the booking in question was a non-refundable offer, which does not allow for modification, cancellation, or reimbursement once confirmed. As you did not collect the vehicle within the stipulated timeframe, the reservation was automatically cancelled in accordance with the agreed terms. All relevant terms were made available at all points during the booking process. The grace period constitutes a standard industry practice and was presented as part of the contractual terms to which you agreed. In light of the above, we must reiterate that no refund is due under the conditions of this booking. quando mi è stato chiesto il volo di arrivo a Dublino ho scritto in mail che l' arrivo era nel pomeriggio.
