Mancata consegna, sito fraudolento

Ho acquistato da un sito che sfrutta in modo fraudolento un noto marchio…ve lo segnalo: https://www.airupitalia-sconto.com/Non ho mai ricevuto l’e-mail di conferma e l’account è stato cancellato dal sito, ovviamente il pagamento di oltre 25 € è invece andato a buon fine ma dell’ordine nemmeno l’ombra (tra l’altro si tratterebbe di prodotti non attendibili).

Sul sito https://www.airupitalia-sconto.com/ non risulta pi&#249 attivo l’account associato alla mia e-mail azzurra.balice@gmail.com da quando ho fatto il reclamo. Ho solo potuto segnare il numero d’ordine e ricevuto la notifica di pagamento (altra stranezza: l’importo in USD mentre sul sito era in EURO), come da allegato.

Ho recuperato i seguenti screenshot relativi all’ordine effettuato.

Even though it&#39s been over 15 days I still haven&#39t received any refund.

Nonostante siano passati oltre 15 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso.
