Good morning,
All car hire companies require that the main driver has a credit card in their name in order to collect the car.
You can find this information in the terms and conditions on our website before booking and again on your rental voucher.
To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the My Booking section of our website.
As we didn’t receive a cancellation request from you before the pick up time, we aren’t able to offer a refund on this occasion.
