Mancato pagamento

Buongiorno, ho venduto su questo sito un anello di marca tiffany in platino con un diamante di 1ct+ e dopo quasi un anno il sito non mi ha ancora pagato. L’anello secondo loro è stato smarrito dal corriere ups. Ho utilizzato la loro etichetta prepagata e con aggiuntiva assicurazione per beni di lusso. Ma non mi hanno mai pagato l’importo dell’anello circa 17mila euro. Nonostante ho inviato la prova d’acquisto con il prezzo superiore a 20mila euro e certificato del diamante. Inoltre ups ha comunicato alla conclusione dell’indagine che l’anello è stato smarrito da un loro corriere e che il mittente cioe il venditore ha diritto al rimborso visto che la spedizione era assicurata.
