Mancato rimborso penale

Buongiorno Ho prenotato un auto a Katowice dall'8 al 15 giugno con Flex to go tramite Discover Cars.Nel costo era compresa una penale di 60 euro per consegna in un'altra luogo Prima della fine del noleggio ho contattato Flex to go per chiedere di poter consegnare un giorno dopo l'auto nello stesso posto, ottenendo il rimborso della penale.Nessuno mi ha risposto.Allora ho cercato di consegnare l'auto a Breslavia come convenuto, ma l'impiegato mi ha detto che potevo consegnarla a Katowice, lo stesso posto in cui l'avevo ritirata, senza alcun addebito.Invece mi hanno tolto 44 euro e non mi hanno rimborsato la penale di 60 euro.Inoltre al ritiro anziche' addebitarmi 130 euro mi hanno tolto 145 euro.
