Mancato rimborso per cancellazione prenotazione auto

Buongiorno, ho telefonato più volte all'unico numero di contatto disponibile del customer Service +34 964830995 e ho compilato anche diversi Formulari di contatto per segnalare il mio problema: Ho cancellato la prenotazione di un'auto presso London Luton Airport, numero di prenotazione CJT - 175398295 in data 28 luglio 2025, ho ricevuto email di conferma della avvenuta cancellazione da CarJet (in allegato screenshot di tale email) ma non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso previsto. Dopo vari tentativi e solleciti, in data 5 agosto ho ricevuto email da un operatore Car Jet, che riporta motivazioni inaccettabili per il mancato rimborso. Chiedo di provvedere immediatamente al rimborso previsto secondo le condizioni riportate sul sito internet. Altrimenti procederò per vie legali. Alberto Mantovani

However, your original booking is CJT175398295, not 182939438. Please carefully review the correspondence you received to ensure you're referring to the correct booking.
