Good morning, on July 4, 2025, I purchased two soccer jerseys for a total of $35.04 (€33.05) that were never delivered to me. After several reminders, you refunded me one for $16.72 (€14.23).
For the other jersey, you sent me a file stating that it was refunded on September 24, but I never received the credit, as you can see from the copy of my credit card statement. Therefore, I ask you once again to refund me the $18.32.

Buongiorno in data 4 luglio 2025 ho acquistato 2 magliette calcio per un totale di 35,04 USD (33,05 EUR) che non mi sono mai state consegnate, dopo vari solleciti me ne avete rimborsata una per un controvalore di 16,72 USD (14,23 EUR)
Per l'altra maglietta mi avete mandato file dove mi dite di e' stata rimborsata il 24 settembre ma non ho mai ricevuto l'accredito come potete vedere dalla copia estratto conto carta di credito, Vi prego pertanto per l'ennesima volta di provvedere al rimborso di 18,32 USD.
