Nessuna assistenza post vendita

Ho effettuato un ordine su https://www.create-store.com il 9 Luglio. Ho ricevuto conferma di ordine il giorno stesso. Ho poi avuto necessità di comunicare con il servizio clienti riguardo a una modifica dell'indirizzo di spedizione visto che un articolo era fuori stock e sarebbe stato spedito a casa mia quando ero già in ferie. Pertanto ho scritto mediante il form presente sul sito. Nessuna risposta. Ho riscritto il giorno 11 Luglio proponendo una seconda soluzione. Nessuna risposta. Terzo tentativo. Nessuna risposta. Oggi è ormai il 16 Luglio. Provando a chiamare il numero telefonico presente sul sito 095 9515672 non si ottiene nessuna risposta, come si legge anche in altre recensioni utenti su Trustpilot. In ogni caso il prefisso 095 non è un prefisso telefonico spagnolo dove sembra avere sede l'azienda, quindi non si capisce bene dove sarebbe collocato questo call center. Tra l'altro il sito https://www.create-store.com fa capo a Woods & Go Design Sl. che avrebbe ancora un altro numero di telefono (anche questo non raggiungibile, altro che occupato, provare per credere a cercare su google https://empresite.eleconomista.es/WOODS-GO-DESIGN.html). Ho provato con il bot in chat e quest'ultimo non riconosce nè il mio numero d'ordine (che è sicuramente corretto visto che compare sia nella conferma dell'ordine che nella mia area riservata a sito) nè i miei dati (sicuramente corretti visto che la conferma d'ordine è arrivata alla mia mail). Sembrerebbe che la mia variazione di indirizzo effettuata autonomamente sul sito sia andata a buon fine, ma certo non mi sento più molto a mio agio nella mancanza totale di assistenza post acquisto e di comunicazione. Ovviamente se continuerò a non avere risposte, annullerò ordine e aprirò contestazione su Paypal, viste anche le numerose rece che parlano di ventilatori non funzionanti.

Therefore, I wrote using the form on the website. No response. I wrote again on July 11th proposing a second solution. No response. Third attempt. No response. Today is now July 16th. Trying to call the phone number on the website 095 9515672 yields no answer, as can also be read in other user reviews on Trustpilot. In any case, the prefix 095 is not a Spanish telephone prefix where the company seems to be based, so it's not clear where this call center would be located. Moreover, the website https://www.create-store.com belongs to Woods & Go Design Sl. which would have yet another phone number +34 911300019 (this one also unreachable). I tried with the chat bot and it doesn't recognize either my order number (which is definitely correct since it appears both in the order confirmation and in my reserved area on the site) or my data (definitely correct since the order confirmation arrived at my email). It would seem that my address change made independently on the website was successful, but I certainly no longer feel very comfortable with the complete lack of post-purchase assistance and communication. Obviously, if I continue to receive no responses, I will cancel the order and open a dispute on PayPal, especially since negative reviews are suddenly appearing specifically on the products I purchased.
