I placed an order on https://www.create-store.com on July 9th. I received order confirmation the same day.

I then needed to communicate with customer service regarding a change to the shipping address since one item was out of stock and would be shipped to my home when I was already on vacation. Therefore, I wrote using the form on the website. No response. I wrote again on July 11th proposing a second solution. No response. Third attempt. No response.
Today is now July 16th. Trying to call the phone number on the website 095 9515672 yields no answer, as can also be read in other user reviews on Trustpilot.
In any case, the prefix 095 is not a Spanish telephone prefix where the company seems to be based, so it's not clear where this call center would be located.
Moreover, the website https://www.create-store.com belongs to Woods & Go Design Sl. which would have yet another phone number +34 911300019 (this one also unreachable).
I tried with the chat bot and it doesn't recognize either my order number (which is definitely correct since it appears both in the order confirmation and in my reserved area on the site) or my data (definitely correct since the order confirmation arrived at my email).
It would seem that my address change made independently on the website was successful, but I certainly no longer feel very comfortable with the complete lack of post-purchase assistance and communication.
Obviously, if I continue to receive no responses, I will cancel the order and open a dispute on PayPal, especially since negative reviews are suddenly appearing specifically on the products I purchased.
