No order shipped after 23 Days and can not contact them

I placed an order for 4 tires on the 23 March for 224 euro and had not received any information of the order. I sent an email and received the below message. Good morning, Your order is being processed, and your payment has been accepted, but shipping typically takes between 3 and 15 business days. We are doing everything we can to expedite the process, given the urgency of your order. As soon as the tires are handed over to the carrier, they will issue a tracking code. You will receive an automated email containing the tracking code so you can monitor the delivery in real time. Best regards, The GommePer Team I now try to contact them and I get bounce backs on email and cannot contact the company about my order. I have not received and notification or tracking number and I can no longer get in contact with the company. I request my order be shipped within the next 3 days or please provide a refund to my order.
