To the Management of CharityStars, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpaid charity auction contract and a total lack of communication from your team. I am publishing this statement to ensure other memorabilia suppliers and consumers are fully aware of CharityStars’ business practices. The Agreement: * CharityStars contracted me to supply a jersey for a charity auction with a guaranteed profit-share and shipping reimbursement. * The item successfully sold to a buyer named Seong in South Korea. * Per International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) standards, ownership transferred once the item was shipped, making CharityStars responsible for final delivery. The Issue: * The buyer failed to pick up the package from the post office, causing it to be returned to me. * I am currently forced to cover the out-of-pocket international shipping costs. * CharityStars has refused to pay my agreed-upon share of the profit, effectively breaching our supplier agreement. Lack of Customer Service: * I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue to Kristy Harwood and Dalila Scialpi. * Management and customer service have completely ignored my correspondence. Required Resolution: I expect CharityStars to honour our contract immediately. I require full payment of my promised profit share and complete reimbursement for the international shipping costs. I will not accept the returned jersey as a resolution, as it became your asset upon shipment. If this matter is not resolved and paid within 7 business days, I will escalate this dispute to international consumer protection agencies and trade boards. Sincerely, Tobias Bichin
