Ordine inesistente

Buon giorno, tramite un annuncio su Facebook ho acquistato (o almeno ho provato a farlo) una spazzola multifunzione al prezzo scontato di 9,99 euro. Il sito su cui sono approdata era tempestato di sigilli che suggerivano recensioni verificate, pagamenti sicuri e quant'altro. Questo non mi ha fatto pensare che ci fosse qualcosa di illecito dietro e, quindi, ho completato il tutto aspettando, come suggerito dal sito, la mia email di conferma dell'ordine. Vengo riendirizzata su The Scent Club, da cui ricevo anche una mail di benvenuto. Sul sito, però, parlando con l'assistenza, scopro che non esiste alcun ordine, non riceverò nulla e, anzi, pare che io abbia attivato un abbonamento o qualcosa di simile (l'assistenza è in inglese, quindi potrei anche aver compreso male). L'operatrice con cui ho parlato, Sarah, mi ha detto di aver cancellato il mio account premium, ma che non esiste alcun ordine in corso. Questa è una vera e propria truffa!!!! Esigo i miei soldi indietro.

Sto parlando di Smollix, sito tramite il quale ho effettuato il pagamento di quello che mi avevano fatto apparire come l’acquisto di una spazzola multifunzione. Attender&#242 il rimborso, ma vi consiglio di verificare l’operato di Smollix, perch&#233 se siete un’azienda seria &#232 un peccato che il vostro nome sia associato a questi truffatori.
