PAD Multienergy is cheating some people by their estimation. A brief happening is written below. If you need more details about that swindle, please let me know. Since they are swindlers they would lie to you.
I poured diesel at the ESSO station (Priloga 1), by the Italiana Hotels, on Viale Europa in Florence (Priloga 2) on 13.09.2023 at 19:40. I put €70 into the machine for station No. 1 and went to pour (Priloga 3 and 4). I did not receive any proof of payment. The pouring takes abnormally slow, by 0.02 l. Since I had no other option, I struggled with it and poured for 10 minutes. Then the pump completely stopped at 4.2 l or €8.02 (Priloga 5 and 6). I called for help, but it was not available (Priloga 7). The billing machine offered nothing to choose e.g. to get a bill or credit receipt for €61.98. I looked for a dropped invoice for 4.2 l, but there was no invoice either, so I took the topmost invoice as proof (Priloga 8). I made pictures and recorded the situation with the camera and went to fill up the car at the Agip pump, on the other side of the road. I poured there for €50 without any complications. I left Florence at 20:10 driving straight home.
The next day, immediately after I woke up, I sent an email to info@padmultienergy.it at 11:53. I sent a detailed explanation of the incident at the gas station, chronologically, with all the details, times and amounts, with a refund request, my transaction account and banking details. I also sent pictures and the video as proof.
After that, I got the message I will get my money back. There were dozens of emails written and a phone call. After months of spending energy on PAD multienergy I found out there was no accidental issue, but they are swindling (stealing) people, see Google search "PAD Multienergy" -> Opinion.
