On 31 January 2026, I purchased a PDF service, for which I was charged the amount of €49.90 instead of €0.10, as indicated by your company.
With this letter, I formally put your company on notice to:
– provide a human and personalized response to this complaint;
– proceed with a refund of the amount of €49.90 within no later than 10 days from receipt of this notice.
Should I fail to receive a response, I will be compelled to protect my rights by contacting the competent authorities and, if necessary, by taking legal action, without further notice.
I remain awaiting a genuine, non-automated response.
