Ho acquistato la friggitrice una prima volta con Amazon nel 2021, a distanza di un anno si è sciolto completamente il manico interno. Ho segnalato il problema e Amazon mi ha fatto una sostituzione integrale. A marzo del 2024 si è ripresentato lo stesso identico problema, il manico si è nuovamente sciolto. Non ero più in garanzia e ho contattato direttamente la princess tramite mail per chiedere dove trovare il pezzo di ricambio che sul sito non c'era. Mi hanno risposto di attendere settembre che sarebbero arrivati, ma a settembre ancora nulla. Ho scritto loro nuovamente e mi hanno risposto di controllare ogni tanto il sito perché potrebbero arrivare. Ora i pezzi di ricambio dovrebbero essere a disposizione, soprattutto in considerazione del fatto che due volte su due si è verificato lo stesso identico problema. L'apparecchio è ancora sul mercato ma i ricambi non vengono più prodotti. Se è così sostituiscano l'apparecchio.
