The undersigned Asim Aldemir (CF: LDMSMA82D13Z243I) and Cansu Biber Aldemir , residents in via Felice Cavallotti n. 1, 20025 Legnano (MI), as purchasers and consumers relating to the order specified in the subject;
WHEREAS
On 07/07/2026 the undersigned purchased the goods and related kitchen delivery and assembly services for order No. 1613861080;
Despite the established and agreed terms, your company has seriously breached the performance of its contractual obligations, causing significant inconvenience to the undersigned;
The undersigned have repeatedly contacted your customer service via email at and have been in direct contact with your operator/contact person Ms. Samanta, who has taken charge of managing the matter and provided reassurances regarding the resolution of the reported problems; customersupportit@ikea.com
Despite multiple reminders and correspondence with Ms. Samanta and Customer Service, the issues remain completely unresolved to date, and your company remains in serious breach of contract.
Given all the above, hereby
THEY FORM A NOTICE TO COMPLY
pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1454 of the Civil Code and the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code),
THEY INTIMIATE AND DISFUSE
IKEA Italia Retail Srl wishes to fully fulfill its contractual obligations, by providing within and no later than the peremptory deadline of 7 (seven) working days from receipt of this PEC (a reasonable deadline considering the essential nature of the "kitchen" item, the impossibility of using it and the delays accumulated since the month of August) to:
Complete the delivery and assembly of the purchased goods correctly, in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with what was agreed;
Make a refund of Euro 910.00 relating to the assembly costs not complied with and/or carried out in an incorrect manner.
WITH WARNING THAT
If the aforementioned 7-day period has elapsed without the Company having responded to the above-mentioned request, the contract will be deemed terminated by operation of law due to your sole fault and negligence, with the right to take legal action to protect the rights of the undersigned, as well as to seek compensation for all financial and non-financial damages suffered and to be suffered as a result of your breach.
