Problema di rimborso per un prodotto

Salve. In data 24.12 2024 ho acquistato una borsa per un valore di 39,99 nel vostro negozio n.1627 sito in via baleniere 88. Roma 00121 Era un regalo di natale. Il 25 quando è stato aperto il regalo ha notato che la borsa era tutta sporca con segni evidenti di impronte delle dita su tutta la superficie. Io non sono stato informato che mi stano vendendo una borsa che stava in esposizione. Il 28 dicembre sono andato in negozio dove mi hanno confermato che la borsa era stata in esposizione per questo era ridotto così male. Ho chiesto il rimborso in quanto non ho voglia più di acquistare omaggiare prodotti da quel negozio. La signora che si è presentata come responsabile del negozio (rifiutata di dirme il suo nome e cognome) mi ha brutalmente negato il rimborso e mi ha proposto un buono da spendere. Mi ha offesa dicendomi che faccio storie per una borsa di poco valore e mi ha detto che la legge Italiana gli dà diritto di rifiutare il rimborso Chiedo di essere rimborsato in quanto mi hanno venduto un prodotto in pessime condizioni estetiche e igieniche

Ho ricevuto messaggio dal azienda. Sono stato contattato telefonicamente. Devo dire che conversazione e stata molto fredda. La persona che rappresenta azienda si è limitata a ricordarmi della politica del azienda di non rimborso monetario. Nessun commento per quanto riguarda il prodotto in pessime condizioni estetiche e igieniche venduto dal negozio. In più considera normale il comportamento della responsabile del negozio quale offende il cliente
