Buongiorno ho acquistato online la vostra batteria di accumulo energia elettrica EB3A. I dati tecnici descrivono una capacità di accumulo energia di 268 W/h. Ho collegato all'accumulatore completamente carico una lampada led da 45 w/h e si è scaricato in circa 30 minuti. (indicativo perchè accendo e spengo ripetutamente). La prestazione che ottengo è molto inferiore alle attese e mi costringe a ricaricare con eccessiva frequenza. Credo che la batteria sia difettosa e ne chiedo la sostituzione.Cordiali SalutiDear Sirs, I bought online the bluetti power station EB3A considering the energy capacity of 268 Wh. I used it (fully charged) to power a led light of 45 Wh and it worked for only 30 minuts. (swiched on-off several times so the total time could be slightly different). The service offered by the power station is far below the expectations and forces me to re-charge the battery too frequently.
