Product Failure Report - Kinderkraft Comfort UP I-SIZE - Serious Injury

Good morning, I purchased your Kinderkraft Comfort UP I-SIZE car seat on November 18, 2023. On December 9, 2025, following a traffic accident with another vehicle, the pin retaining the seat's backrest broke. This failure allowed the backrest to move forward, causing my child to impact the front seat. This resulted in a fractured jaw and the loss of three teeth.
