Regarding the order that has not been shipped for 40 days

Hello, I previously sent you an email, but I haven't received any response from you. You are the authorized service for Turkey, and it has been 40 days since I placed an order for parts, yet you still haven't shipped them. The summer season is about to end, and I still haven't been able to ride my motorcycle. You are causing me inconvenience as your customer. Can you please ship my parts? How many more times do I need to email you? Why aren't you responding to my inquiries?
