Dear Greenmotion Team, I am writing regarding rental contract attached, related to the vehicle picked up at Athens among 21 of april and 27 of april 2025. I would like to kindly request the reimbursement of the following amounts: Cleaning fee: As cleaning costs are included in the insurance coverage we purchased, we kindly ask for a refund of the amount charged for cleaning at the end of the rental. Fuel: At pickup, the car was delivered to us with the fuel gauge on reserve. Upon return, we left the car with approximately one and a half bars out of eight on the fuel gauge. Therefore, we kindly request a refund of €20 for the additional fuel left in the vehicle. I am available to provide any further information and I attach the related documentation. Good morning, Thank you for your email. Please be advised that the vehicle required bio-cleaning upon its return. You may find attached pictures showing the state of the vehicle upon its return and the associated invoice. Additionally, please note that we work on a like for like fuel policy. This means that the vehicle needs to be returned with the same level of fuel as pick up. We are unable to refund for additional fuel left in the vehicle. Dear Teruki Precisely because you operate on a like-for-like fuel policy, meaning the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up, if you look at the photos taken at check-in and check out , the tank was empty, while at drop-off it had a quarter of a tank.
