Rinnovo pagamento annuale senza preavviso
Buongiorno, ho visto solo oggi che sono stati prelevati 71,98 euro dalla mia carta di credito. Non ho ricevuto fattura. Chiedo che mi venga restituito il denaro perché non era mia intenzione effettuare alcun pagamento.Lo scorso anno ho attivato un abbonamento all’app Asana Rebel che ho utilizzato per pochi mesi. Non mi avete inviato nessun preavviso di addebito e non ho potuto in alcun modo ricordare che le vostre condizioni per il primo utilizzo dell’App erano legate all’accettazione di un pagamento ricorrente. Non riesco ad accedere alla mia area clienti dal vostro sito in quanto, richiedendo un cambio password, atterro in una pagina che non funziona, in questo modo non posso disattivare il mio abbonamento e , soprattutto, non posso sganciare la mia carta di credito. Chiedo quindi che venga stornato il pagamento del giorno 24/05/24 relativo all’attivazione dell’abbonamento della scorso anno 24/05/25 di cui ho pagato Fattura #2422276. Non ho mai ricevuto un contratto. Attendo Una vostra cortese risposta. Grazie

You did not send me any notice of charge and I could not in any way remind you that your conditions for the first use of the App were linked to the acceptance of a recurring payment. I can't access my customer area from your site because, by requesting a password change, I land on a page that doesn't work, so I can't deactivate my subscription and, above all, I can't unhook my credit card.
I therefore request that the payment of 24/05/24 relating to the activation of last year's subscription 05/24/25 for which I paid Invoice #2422276. I never received a contract.
