Ritardo nel rimborso

Il 25/11/2022 ho effettuato l'ordine n. CL-EU-00551684.L'11/12/2022 ho spedito il reso, che è stato da voi correttamente ricevuto.Sono ancora in attesa del rimborso di euro 127,50.Segnalo che avevo effettuato il pagamento tramite PayPal su una carta di credito che è scaduta il 31/01/2023 e non è più associata al mio conto PayPal.Questo potrà creare problemi con il rimborso? Sottolineo che eventuali problemi sarebbero imputabili soltanto al vostro ritardo nell'emettere il rimborso in tempi non conformi.Come e soprattutto quando avrò il piacere di ricevere il rimborso?Vi chiedo cortesemente di sollecitarne l'emissione.Grazie.Distinti saluti.
