Dear Sirs, After two years of waiting for the result of the MyGenome Sequencing Test (order #EU23510W) and multiple contacts with your customer support, which unfortunately stopped responding since August 2024, I would like to request a full refund due to not receiving the test result and considering that a two-year wait is unreasonable for the provision of a service.
