Dear TESUP ITALIA On 09/10/2024 my wife purchased an ATLAS VERTICAL WIND GENERATOR (10KW) and a SET OF ATLAS WIND TURBINE BLADES from your online store, paying at the same time the amount of € 698.00 plus € 35.00 shipping costs. Upon confirming the order, I was informed that delivery would take place within 3 WEEKS. However, to date, despite repeated reminders, I have still not received the goods. I therefore invite you to send me the product purchased by me as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from the order date. Failing this, I reserve the right to request termination of the contract and compensation for damages suffered. I await a response within 15 days of receipt of this letter, the same being valid as a formal notice pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 1219 c.c.
