Buongiorno ho acquistato tramite il sito Air Malta un volo da Milano Linate con scalo a Malta e ripartenza a Catania per la data del 22/12/2023 solo che non mi è mai pervenuta alcuna email di conferma prenotazione e, di conseguenza, alcun biglietto aereo. In compenso, il pagamento è andato a buon fine a favore della compagnia AIR MALTA.Ho provato a comunicare con loro fornendo loro prova del pagamento avvenuto a favore di AirMalta ma loro risposta è stata dapprima che il volo in oggetto non esisteva e, successivamente, che avrei dovuto chiamare il call center. In seguito, ho provato a chiamare il call center ma il numero non è attivo. Ho chiesto ulteriore assistenza alla loro mail ma non mi è stata data.Gli unici dati che posso fornire sono il giorno e l'orario del volo nonchè prova del pagamento effettuato.Se necessario posso fornire conversazione email avuta con la suddetta azienda più estratto conto dove si evince il pagamento in loro favore.
