Noleggiata auto tramite intermediario Do You Italy per 10 giorni in Sicili. Il volo era in ritardo (per calamità Etna). Abbiamo inserito il numero di volo nella prenotazione ed abbiamo chiamato per avvisare senza ricevere risposta. Al nostro arrivo USAVE ci ha comunicato che non trovava il numero di volo e che il ritardo ha comportato che la Fiat Panda prenotata non era più disponibile e che avremmo dovuto fare UPGrade a Toyota Yaris per 1000€ in più. Non si sono resi disponibili a giustificare un tale extra e a mostrarci il parco macchine e il contratto. Siamo quindi stati obbligati a rivolgerci ad un'altra agenzia. Questo ha comportato la perdita della caparra di 105,23€ versata il 28/01/24.
