TRUFFA

Il 14/12/2025 ho acquistato per 0.10 euro (10 centesimi) la possibilità di migliorare la qualità di una foto. Il giorno dopo, 15/12/2025, mi sono visto addebitato 49.90€ per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto. Ho immediatamente sottoscritto l'abbonamento e ho scritto all'azienda che ha riscosso i miei soldi: cineai.co. In modo molto "compassionevole" mi hanno proposto il 50% del rimborso. Io non ho sottoscritto un bel niente. FATE ATTENZIONE!!!!

IO avevo immediatamente annullato l'abbonamento ma mi avete detto che potete rimborsarmi solo il 50%. Io non ho sottoscritto nessun abbonamento con voi, ho solo migliorato la qualità di una immagine e l'ho pagata solo 0.10 euro in data 14/12/2025 e l'indomani, 15/12/2025, mi sono ritrovato nel mio conto paypal un addebito di 49.90 euro per un abbonamento da me non richiesto, di cui non sapevo nemmeno l'ammontare. Ho aperto la contestazione con paypal per avere il rimborso totale e non il 50%. Pretendo il rimborso totale. Del vostro abbonamento non so che farmene, anzi non so nemmeno quali altri servizi fornite.
