Unfair commercial practice and "bait-and-switch" tactic by Valoro srl

Good afternoon. As customer based in Greece, I would like to report a deceptive bait-and-switch scheme by Valoro. I wanted to buy a platinum ring 4,40 gr with an 0,42 H VVS1 diamond advertised on their website with the price €1315 . However, in his very first message via WhatsApp the manager told me that this item was out if stock and immediately offered a lower-clarity alternative 0 40 ct H VS2 diamond for a higer price of €1350. Our communication lasted from 14.09.2026 to 16.09.2026. During all this time, the original ring was actively listed on their website with the status "In Stock" and available for purchase. This is a clear violation of EU consumer laws regarding misleading advertising. I have personally archived their live website as independent proof of this deceptive availability.
