Complaint: Temu has failed to pay my earned money Since June 2026, I have been working with Temu through its Influencer Program, creating and publishing promotional videos in exchange for payment. I made two attempts to withdraw my earnings to my PrivatBank account in Ukraine, on September 17 and October 3, 2026. Neither payment reached my bank account. Both amounts were returned to my Temu balance. PrivatBank confirmed that my bank details were correct and my account was active. Despite repeatedly contacting Temu, I have received no substantive response or solution. On October 23, 2026, my Influencer account disappeared without any prior notice. At that time, my Temu balance contained more than USD 165 in earned money, plus additional pending earnings. I ask Altroconsumo to help resolve this matter and ensure that Temu pays me all the money I have earned. I can provide evidence of my earnings, failed withdrawals and correspondence with Temu.
