Buongiorno, ieri ho richiesto tramite questa app una modifica relativa ad una foto al costo di €0,10 e tutto è andato a buon fine tramite PayPal. Oggi mi ritrovo però una mail da questa Pictoart con l'avviso che il mio abbonamento a Pro è andato a buon fine con un prelievo di €49,90.... senza che io avessi scelto questa modalità. Gli ho contattati ed in risposta mi hanno detto solamente di annullare l'iscrizione....ma di rimborso niente. Cosa dovrei fare? Grazie mille in anticipo Giorgio

Vi ho già scritto via mail....ma l'offerta di risarcimento del 50% causa terze parti coinvolte mi sembra ridicola....anche perché l'ho utilizzata solamente ieri pagando per una foto €0,10 e poi stop! L'applicazione non l'ho più neanche aperta e non mi servirebbe più! Spero siate comprensivi. Giorgio

Annullare l'abbonamento è la prima cosa che ho fatto! Ma non mi avete ancora risposto riguardo al rimborso richiesto.....e non al 50% come vi avete proposto (vedi precedente messaggio).

A questo punto....visto che non riesco a farmi capire allego un paio di screenshot riguardanti Vostre risposte.....ma come ripetuto nei messaggi e mail precedenti non ho usufruito ni nessuna prova gratuita a scadenza, ma ho pagato per una foto €0,10. ......e voglio il rimborso di €49,90 che avete prelevato a mia insaputa. Probabilmente avete un problema sulla Vostra piattaforma, perché ho notato che ci sono diverse persone con il mio stesso problema. Fate in modo che questa truffa non accada!!!
