Salve, il 4 febbraio ho effettuato una conversione di un file e ho pagato 2 euro per esso. Sette giorni dopo mi sono stati addebitati automaticamente 50 euro per un abbonamento mensile che non ho mai sottoscritto. Richiedo formalmente un rimborso di questi soldi. In caso contrario non esiterò a contattare i miei avvocati!
