ABBONAMENTO AUTOMATICO

Spett.le PDF GURU, vi scrivo in quanto in data 23 aprile 2026 ho eseguito un pagamento di 0,99 €, ritenendo di acquistare un singolo utilizzo per modificare e scaricare un PDF. In nessun passaggio della procedura mi è stato indicato in modo chiaro che tale operazione avrebbe comportato l'attivazione di un abbonamento con rinnovo automatico da 49,99 €. Il 29 aprile e il 23 maggio mi sono stati addebitati 49,99 €, pur non avendo mai sottoscritto alcun abbonamento. Vi chiedo quindi assistenza per valutare il caso e ricevere indicazioni su come procedere per ottenere la restituzione degli importi. Cordiali saluti.
