I could not even find an email attesting the subscription, therefore it loooks like you took the customer money without a formally accepted agreement. Please verify your records on my account (email candblovesewing@gmail.com)and provide evidence that I was informed of being into a subscription with an email dated last january, otherwise please refund the money that has been taken ( pounds 421.67) without explicit consent.
