Abbonamento non richiesto

Hi, I found this PayPal payments not due: €38,95€ in dec 5 2024, 5 gen and 5 feb 2025. I don’t have You app on my phone, I don’t use Your app. Please refund me € 116,85. The web is plenty of people that has this problem: This is Your metodology to take money not due. When a customer deactivate Your App, You don't give any info about the manual deactivation on the bank/paypal account. From a tech point of view, is't really easy this improvement You have to do it. If You don't , is because You scam customers! Please give me back my Money!
