Addebito abbonamento mai sottoscritto

Good morning, I received an unauthorized charge on PayPal for €16, and a previous one for €0.99. I have never signed anything with you, why was I charged these amounts? Subscribing people to a service without their consent is a crime, so I would like information on this and a refund. I await your response, I saw on this site that I'm not the first one to whom you have done something like this. Greetings
