I copy below my request of withdrawal, duly signed, sent by email to support@pdfguru.com, on 17 December 2025, which was followed by an automatic reply confirming the withdrawal, with no reference to the indicated request for reimbursement.
In case within 15 days from the date of my request, I will not have received the rembursement, I will take legal action to protect my rights.

NOTE FOR EU CITIZENS:
If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.
