Dear Pictoart / ORANGE SUNSHINE LLC, I hereby formally dispute the charge of €49.90 made on 13 February 2026 via PayPal (*Transaction ID: 63B87949D16275703 – PAYPAL ORANGESUNSH OR). The only transaction carried out on your website concerned a single photo resampling service priced at €0.10. I never provided any valid or explicit consent to subscribe to any paid plan, membership, or recurring service. The charge is therefore: unauthorized and lacking explicit consent, in breach of Articles 49, 50 and 51 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) implementing EU consumer law; null and void as a payment for unsolicited services pursuant to Article 66-quinquies of the Consumer Code; potentially constituting an unfair commercial practice under Articles 20–22 of the Consumer Code and Directive 2005/29/EC. Accordingly, I hereby request the immediate and full refund of €49.90, using the original payment method, and written confirmation of the refund. Please note that a formal dispute has already been opened with PayPal. In the absence of a prompt resolution, I reserve all further rights and remedies available under EU and national consumer protection law. Yours sincerely, Luca Catalano
